SERVICE USAGE

You agree not to use the app to upload false information about restaurants or misuse the scanning feature. We reserve the right to ban users who spam the database.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

⭐ Premium Access

Some features (e.g., Unlimited Scanner) require a subscription.

🔄 Auto-Renewal

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

❌ Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to their policies.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The code, design, and "Safe Spot" database structure are owned by GF Scanner.

User-submitted reviews and photos grant us a non-exclusive license to display them within the app.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GF Scanner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of the changes.
